Where do we begin?…

Our Roots

Warrior Love Productions was born from the kind of insatiable curiosity, desire for adventure, and pursuit of magic that only storytelling can quench. After traveling to 63 countries and writing about innovators and creators across the globe, WLP founder, Melissa Jun Rowley—whose closest friends call a “Warrior for Love”—decidedly set up shop in Puerto Rico in 2020 to connect the dots.

While traveling and immersing herself in creative communities spanning the Middle East and North Africa, India, Asia, Africa, Iceland, Finland, refugee camps, indigenous nations, and parts of the U.S. far from major markets, she discovered that some of  the most remarkable businesses and initiatives are pushing culture forward in the most unexpected places. There are augmented reality tools teaching doctors how to operate in war zones. There are refugee camps running on blockchain technology. There are indigenous communities that have remedied Covid-19 by using their natural surroundings. Necessity breeds innovation, and collaboration is contagious.

This is the heart of Warrior Love.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story can make all the difference.
